Once your entries have been submitted please send payment by e-transfer to graceandgritseries@gmail.com with your name(s) in the memo field of who you are all paying for. If you have a futurity or derby horse please upload a copy of your horse(s) registration papers. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your entry, something did not work - please try again. 

1. If entering in Futurity or Derby you must enter Futurity or Derby and then pick Roll to open and/or youth.  A youth can run in Futurity or Derby and roll to both open and youth. 

2. If you are a youth not entering Futurity/Derby but want to roll to open, Register under Youth and then pick Roll to open

3. Entry fees are for 2 runs.  If you choose not to run one day, the entry fee remains the same.  It is your choice if you only want to run one day. No refunds will be given if you choose to only run one day. 

4. You must pick and pay for your time onlies upon entry to be guaranteed spots.

5. Option to pay in 2 installments with half upon entry and 2nd half due by May 15th

6.  If entering after May 15th, fees are due in full at time of entry

7.  Futurity and Derby entries must be done by May 15th.  After May 15th, a late fee of $50 will be applied per entry.
